TERMS OF TRADE
A minimum order spend applies for wholesale orders. All Wholesale orders must be $300AU or over.
We ship via Sendel or Australia Post, subject to your location. Freight is not included in product pricing, it will be calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. For international orders, you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped.
In-stock items usually ship within three business days of payment receipt. If you place an order that contains both made to order and in-stock items, the order will be shipped when all stock is ready for dispatch.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the invoice has been generated. We DO NOT accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.
Most Dough My Dear products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur.
When stocking Dough My Dear or The Amore Co products you will not stock other brands that disrupt the same or very similar products. If you’re unclear please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note as a Dough My Dear stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area and without a written agreement we cannot guarantee exclusivity. If you would like to stock Dough My Dear exclusively please contact us at email@example.com
We try to ship your order out as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually ship within three business days.
Prices shown on order forms are excluded of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The SRP for each product is listed on our main website (www.doughmydarplaydough.com) and on our price lists. Stockiest are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the SRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the SRP.
Dough My Dear products may not be on sold through third party distributions, inclusive of but not limited to any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Amazon etc. Selling Dough My Dear products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.
All orders must be paid in-full before shipping unless previously agreed. We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not accept Amex or Afterpay for Wholesale and Trade orders.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL
All Dough My Dear product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Dough My Dear. Approved Dough My Dear stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Dough My Dear website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage.
Dough My Dear products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.
Dough My Dear cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Dough My Dear you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
